requirements
- 21+ years old
- Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Business, or related)
- 2–3+ years of hotel management experience
- Valid Canadian or Mexican passport
- Advanced English
- Multi-department leadership experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all hotel departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food Service)
- Manage budgets, revenue, and performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy)
- Lead hiring, training, and staff management
- Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards
- Maintain operational and regulatory compliance
